What is causing these feelings?

These feelings of “bad b” syndrome? RN, the first feelings or thoughts that came up were family related, but I quickly switched to “are you assuming I am having strong emotional feelings?” because I am indeed just chillin’ and don’t have much strong feelings rn. So, rn, I am just chillin’ with just chill vibes.
