What are the upsides and downsides of spending time online?

Upsides are being able to find tips, tricks and resources/ideas for things - it’s a good way to find resources.

Downsides are spiraling down the rabbit-hole and just purely consuming just to consume and being a distraction to more beneficial activities.

It’s def a blessing and a curse as there are both positives and negatives with social media and consumption.
